Important Notices

 
       
  • Early Bird Conference registration closes February 15, 2008.
     
  • If you register prior to the date the full registration package goes live, your registration reserves a seat at the conference, but you will need to select which concurrent sessions you will attend. Conference organizers will contact you at the e-mail address you provide with your registration and ask you to select from the concurrent sessions offered.
     
  • If there is any discrepancy between the program as it appears on this website and the session selection, the program on this website should be assumed to be correct.
     
  • Space has been reserved for conference attendees at several hotels. Accommodation will be booked by the conference organizers for those receiving accommodation subsidies. All other registrants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation. For more information on hotels, please see Venue & Accommodations.
Note: By registering, I understand that any portion of the conference proceedings may be recorded in audio and/or in video, and that my likeness could appear in photographs, videos, and/or television transmissions, as well as in electronic and printed materials prepared and distributed during and/or after the conference. Cancellation Policy

  
 
Registrations cancelled before February 15, 2008 will be refunded, less an administration fee of $50.00. After February 15, 2008 registration fees are non-refundable. Substitutions are accepted. Refunds will be issued after the conference.

Should unforeseen circumstances cause the cancellation of this conference, a full refund will be issued within 60 days.
